"I am the Operations Director, my mission is to coordinate and run the manufacturing, engineering, quality and logistics departments. My goal is that all deliveries leaving our factory are made on time and with a high standard of quality".
Alejandro Carreras, who has a degree in Chemistry, specializing in Industrial Chemistry, contributes with 36 years of experience in the management of manufacturing processes, both industrial and food.

Carlos Abeijón has a degree in Business Administration from the University of Barcelona and a Postgraduate degree in Budgetary Control and Management Control from the College of Economists of Barcelona. His work experience of more than 30 years as financial manager in industrial companies is of great importance.
"My mission is to maintain high quality standards in the laboratory and to provide technical support for the prescription of solutions to customers. I also coordinate the contributions of the R&D team to the company's constant innovation processes. I able to provide this with the support of my team, which is made up of a PHD, Graduates and an FP".
Enric Sunyé, has a degree in Chemistry (MSc) from the Autonomous University of Barcelona and a PDG postgraduate course at the UOC. He has more than 35 years of experience in the chemical industry, which has led him to become the Head of Laboratory/R&D in process, product and test development.
As Marketing & Communications Manager at Bioconservación, my mission is to enhance the visibility, reputation, and relevance of our brand, BION. I work closely with Senior Management, Sales force, and R&D to understand market challenges and develop effective strategies that resonate with our target audience.
With over 17 years of experience as a Global Marketing and Communications Specialist in leading B2B chemical sector multinational companies, I hold a postgraduate degree in Digital Marketing and have acquired a Digital Mindset from IESE Navarra Business School.
I am passionate about the challenge of finding what's different and impactful in every initiative. I firmly believe in a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and agile adaptation, which enables us to stay ahead in an ever-evolving business environment.

Anouk Doche, has a degree in Marketing & International Trade from Concordia University in Montreal (Canada), and later studied a postgraduate course in Digital Marketing at EADA in Barcelona. Anouk has 25 years of experience helping Spanish SME's to grow abroad, developing and implementing strategic plans for export worldwide.
"As Global Market Manager in post harvest care, I have the responsibility to lead commercial actions and promote the innovative solutions that BION develops for its customers and to continue developing the Network of Distributors with presence in the 5 continents".
Gino Ansaldi, holds an engineering degree in Merchant Marine as well as a Commercial Engineering degree from the University of Valparaiso Chile. He has extensive experience in shipping, logistics management of refrigerated cargo and post harvest care of fruits and vegetables. He has worked at Global Shipping Companies as a specialist in containers, in the area of maritime business and cold chain handling.
"I am currently part of the commercial team. I am responsible for industrial filtration and biogas in Iberia, Spain as well as the post-harvest care division in Europe and North Africa".
Trained in Archeology and Anthropology at the University of Barcelona,. Eva Gómez has been working for more than 10 years in several prestigious multinational companies in customer service, marketing and sales departments.
“I am currently the Global Engineering Manager for BION’s Environment and Post-Harvest Equipment. My mission is to provide our customers with high quality, economical and sustainable equipment solutions, tailored to meet their individual and environmental needs.”
Elizabeth Fuss has a Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Elizabeth has 9 years of experience in the gas phase industry, previously working as Project Engineer/Manager in companies in the sector.
"As General Manager of Latin America in the environmental division, since 2018, I am dedicated to delivering environmental solutions to industries that discharge odors, control in electrical rooms, polluting gases or require refining biogas from biodigesters and landfills".
Industrial Microbiologist, with a Postgraduate degree in Quality and Productivity in Santiago de Chile University, Alfonso Gutiérrez has more than 20 years of experience in the production and commercial areas.
"I am the newest member of the BION family, and I am thrilled to be a part of this growing team and company. I am preparing to take control of our IMEA region and make BION a respectful name in the market for gas phase filtration. Major strategic business and operational plans will help expand the company’s reach in the region".
Shoeb holds a Master’s Degree of Engineering in Environmental Engineering specializing in upstream chemicals, sustainability and environment management from Australia. He has done his bachelor’s in engineering – Biotechnology from India. With more than 8 years of experience in the filtration industry Shoeb will function as a regional business manager for the IMEA region based in Dubai, UAE.
